Right now, yes — Human Powered is built and run by Steve Clifford. That's deliberate: every build, every integration, and every line of prompt is shaped by the same person who sat in the discovery call. As the business grows, hires will be carefully selected operators, not subcontractors handed a brief.

Steve does the work. There's no offshore team, no junior "resource" assigned after sign-off, no white-label reseller behind the scenes. You get a senior practitioner on the build — the same person you talked to about it.

Fair question. Everything we build for you is documented, version-controlled, and runs on third-party infrastructure you control (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, your own Microsoft 365, your own CRM). If Human Powered disappeared tomorrow, your system would keep running and any competent integrator could pick up the documentation and continue from where we left off.

Every workflow we ship runs inside Human Powered first — the business operates on the same stack we sell. Most of our client work is done under confidentiality, so the specifics stay private.
